Hi,   I recently had the assistance of the concierge at Napa's River Terrace Inn in ordering a bouquet of flowers for my sister's birthday.  It was to be placed in the room we booked awaiting for our arrival, for my sister.  The card that came along with the flowers simply says "Beau Flowers" on the front.  I must take theis opportunity to thank you for a great job in putting together the most gorgeous looking bouquet.  All I said was -- something pink or lavender in color.  I have little to no knowledge of what different kinds of flowers I wanted; I just know that my sister loves those colors.  Your florist put togehter this wonderful arrangement of roses, lilies, snapdragons and other amazing looking flowers in the requested theme colors!!!  You did all the work and you did it beautifully!!!  My sister couldn't stop saying (still) about how much she LOVED the flower arrangement!!!!  Thank you for your part in making her birthday so special!

I chose Beau Fleurs as the florist for my wedding.  They were very helpful, accommodating, and attentive.  I emailed them a few pictures of ideas for my bouquet and brought in some ribbon and a bracelet I wanted to incorporate but basically just told them the color scheme and asked them to do what they thought looked good.  When I saw the flowers on the day of the wedding I was SO thrilled. They were so beautiful and more perfect than I could have imagined.
