I am on a budget but wanted to send flowers to a close friend who was going through a hard time.  I live in Oregon, so I was a bit nervous about calling up a flower place I had never been to.  The gentleman who helped me over the phone was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.  He honored an online discount code ( I told him I had been exploring the website before I called), and assisted me in finding a bouquet I could afford (all the arrangements online were a bit out of my price range).  Furthermore, he knew the housing community I was sending the flowers to (always a plus when they know the area) and was able to get the order out that same day.  I am more than pleased with my  experience and will happily use Beau Fleurs again!
