I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my Mom for her birthday last week.  She called to tell me they were beautiful, as always.  She also told me that some of the roses wilted a bit prematurely.  Hey, they're flowers.  Out of your control.  Anyway, she calle dyou guys to let you know the life of the flowers you could expect from the supplier, and was in no way complaining about your product.  The next day, she was astonsihed to recieve another round of complimentary flowers!  Truly above and beyond customer service.  This is why there is no need to shop anywhere else.  You guys are consistently the very best, and will have my business and highest recommendations for a lifetime.  Thank you very much once again,  Steven H.

I don't know who I spoke with -- male voice--when I called last week to report wilting roses in my absolutely spectacular birthday bouquet ordered by my son in Seattle.  I truly did not expect any compensation.  Today another truly splendid arrangement arrived courtesy of Beau Fleurs to compensate for the wilted roses.  What a pleasure to see this type of customer service!!!  You are awesome and outstanding!!  You supply happiness.

I also wanted to thank the gentleman that was in the shop on Monday around 3pm.  I saw your sign for a free flower on your birthday and yesterday was my daughter's birthday.  He was very kind and made her feel important. Thank you very much for your kind service.

I placed an order with Beau Fleurs in the morning and asked that it be delivered the same day.  My wife was having our 3rd child and I am away overseas and couldn't be there.  I expressed how important it was to have the flowers delivered in a short amount of time.  The flowers were delivered  right away and they looked amazing!!  I am super impressed with the service and 100% satisfied.  Thank you very much Beau Fleurs!
