I want you both to know what a pleasure it was to do business with you and your company.  The flowers delivered to Andretti Winery for our Dad's memorial dinner were perfect.  They were exactly what i had in mind and the glass vases were perfect. Hi there wonderfully creative florists,  I have been meaning to send you this appreciation email since June, 11.  My son lives in Seattle and to celebrate my 71st birthday, he ordered a flroal arrangement and white phalaenopsis plant from you to deliver to me on June 11.  I want to let you know that it was the most gorgeous arrangement i have ever received in my 71 years!  and the phalaenopsis plant was so fresh it lasted over a month.  I relaly appreciate your artistry and choice of flowers and the list of flowers written on the card that you used in the arrangement.  I will always remember the beauty.  You will be my go-to florist for all my local needs in the future.  And just a little history about us.  We have worked in the floral industry and created many floral installations at Bouquets to Art at the legion of Honor Museum and the de Young for years.  So we know and appreciate beautiful floral artistry.  Thank you so much,
