Just wanted to say how much my friends and I enjoyed the centerpiece that you did for thanksgiving. I ordered it on Wednesday morning and having it ready that afternoon was not a problem. The time of my anniversary is coming again, and I thought of my 10th anniversary
last year. I arranged a trip for my wife and I to go to The Wine Country Inn in St.
Helena. I ordered three flower arrangements from you and had them delivered before
our arrival. I was nervous having never been to Napa or had any info on the Inn or
your shop but was so relieved when I arrived that everything was there and ready
upon our arrival. The ladies at the inn went on and on about the arrangements and
"did you know you ordered three!" they asked. My wife was completly overwhelmed by
the beauty of the arrangements and of course they made the trip home to LA with us.

Hello,
I ordered a Signature Bouquet this past weekend which I had delivered to
Angele Restaurant on Main Street.
I just wanted to tell you that they were absolutely beautiful!
My girlfriend (now fiance) loves them and even carried them on the plane
on the way back to Los Angeles. She got so many compliments from everyone
who saw them!
Also, it's such a nice touch to list on the card the different types of
flowers in the bouquet.

Dear Sirs or Madams: I felt compelled to tell you how pleased I was to receive a floral arrangement delivered by Beau Fleurs. I have received many Floral deliveries thoroughout the years, however none of them impressed me like the one my daughter-in-law and son ordered from your facility. It was absolutely exquisite and the variety of flowers were many and so lovely. To top it all, the arrangement stayed delightfully fresh looking for many days. It was so nice to find an actual Napa florist on the internet that I could send flowers through for my daughter. I've had such bad experiences with the big internet companies who aren't really even florists, are they? My daughter said that you are her favorite florist so I know I found the right place. Thank you and all the other floral artists at Beau Fleurs for the lovely floral arrangements that you prepared for my son's reheral dinner at the Napa Valley Grille last Friday. We had numerous compliments on the bright color contrast, the unusual combination of flowers used, and the spatial composition of the arrangements. It was hard to leave the arrangements at the restaurant, so I asked the four bridesmaids , the two grandmothers, the bride, the groom, the bride's parents and my sister to take one back to their hotel rooms. I took one as well. Since the floers were still relatively fresh on Sunday when we all checked out, we left notes for the housekeepers to take them home with them. your flowers certainly spread a lot of joy that weekend! I would not hesitate to ask Beau Fleurs to prepare floral arrangements again for us should an occaision arise.
